Return & Refund Policy

  1. Brightex accepts return of purchased items within 30 days from bill date. To be eligible for a return, the purchased item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with no trace of any tears or damage. It must be with full attachments or accessories that you received with.
  2. Partial return of order quantity is accepted.
  3. No returns/refunds are granted for;
    • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to Brightex error.
    • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
    • All types of LED STRIPS
  4. Client will bear the courier charge of returned items. Items that are returned due to technical issues or faults during warranty period is brightex responsibility, please see “Exchanges under Warranty” section below
  5. Refunds (if applicable)
    • Once returned items are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned items. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days. •The refunded price will be similar to the prices of the invoice
  6. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
    • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
    • If you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@brightexled.co.uk.
  7. Exchanges under Warranty (if applicable)
    • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during the warranty period. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@brightexled.co.uk, call us, or chat with us on www.brightexled.co.uk
    • Warranty period starts from purchasing date and for the period mentioned in the invoice.
    • Courier charge for defective or damaged items under warranty is Brightex responsibility.
    • Brightex has the full right to pay back the amount of damaged items under warranty, or replace them with
      similar items, and similar quantity.
