3. Placing an Order

• All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase; a contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email.
• You must ensure all contact, billing and delivery details provided are accurate and complete. We are not responsible for failed or delayed delivery due to incorrect information.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where a product is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred, or we suspect fraudulent activity. You will be notified promptly and any payment taken will be refunded in full.
• Prices displayed are in GBP (£) and include VAT where stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors even after an order is placed.

• Payment must be received and cleared before your order is dispatched.

5. Pricing & VAT

• All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT at the applicable rate unless otherwise stated.
• Delivery charges are not included in product prices and will be shown separately at checkout.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
• Promotional or sale prices are only valid during the specified promotional period.

6. Delivery

• We deliver to the United Kingdom. Delivery charges and estimated timescales are shown at checkout.
• Delivery partners may include Royal Mail, DPD, and other couriers. A tracking link will be provided where available.
• Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control, including courier delays, adverse weather, or customs.
• Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to you upon delivery. If an item is damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt with supporting photos.
• If a delivery is missed and the parcel is returned to us, we may charge a re-delivery fee.

7. Returns & Refunds

• You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return.
• Items must be unused and in original packaging to be eligible.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of us receiving the returned item.
