The Role

We seek an experienced and results-driven Operations and Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations and manage end-to-end logistics, stock control, and inventory management. The successful candidate will lead a team and collaborate closely with the sales, procurement, and production departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Forecast inventory needs in alignment with sales and operational trends.
  • Implement and enhance policies on stock control, goods handling, and warehousing.
  • Monitor stock levels and advise on procurement to meet business demand.
  • Generate reports on usage trends, expenditure, and stock optimization.
  • Ensure proper storage conditions and conduct regular stock inspections.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Proven experience in warehouse or logistics management.
  • Familiarity with warehousing software and inventory control systems.
  • Knowledge of UKVI compliance (preferred if applying with Skilled Worker visa).

Additional Information

  • A three-month probationary period applies.
  • Employment is subject to satisfactory references and documentation confirming the right to work in the UK.
